NOTE: We have stopped accepting tab requests for the Spring 2024 semester.
Coffee Club allows RCAs, PAAs, student organizations, university departments, and other groups on campus to hold open tabs for their members at the shop. A great way to give zees a caffeine boost during reading period or show appreciation for club members, tabs allow customers to order any drink at the shop and have their group pay for their order when the tab closes. (We cannot reserve tables at either of our locations for tabs).
To set up a tab, fill out the form with all necessary information and await a confirmation email from Director of Finance and Partnerships Alison Araten. Please note, at least 48-hours notice is required to set up all tabs and at least a week in advance for high volume events.
If you’re organizing a raffle or want to give away free coffee vouchers, let us know in the form! We can work together to organize a system in which tab customers must present a voucher to the barista on shift before they can add their order to a tab.
When closing a tab, you have two payment options: credit card or university chart string. If you elect to pay by card, you must come to the shop on the day your tab closes to pay the total. Just tell the barista on shift which tab you are there to close, they will ring up all of the orders, and you will receive an itemized receipt of everything that was ordered on your tab. If you choose to pay by university chart string, we will simply close the tab at the designated time and bill your chart string through our invoicing system. You will receive an invoice and itemized spreadsheet of your tab at the time of billing.

Catering
Our lovely team of baristas loves to cater events! Simply check out our catering menu below and complete the order form, and we’ll be in touch with further details. For all orders, please specify your preferred pick up location. Alternatively, there is a $30 delivery/cleanup fee for small orders and $60 fee for bulk orders. Also note, all catering orders require minimum 14-days advance notice!
